Staff Social Media Form

I (Participant), hereby grant permission to the North Carolina Justice Academy and its representatives to photograph, record, and/or video me. I consent to the use of such photographs, recordings, and/or video footage in any lawful promotional or educational materials, including but not limited to newsletters, websites, social media platforms, advertisements, presentations, and marketing campaigns.

I understand and agree that:

1. Ownership & Usage Rights - The North Carolina Justice Academy owns all rights to the photographs, recordings, and video footage and may use them for any lawful purpose, worldwide and in perpetuity.
2. No Approval Rights - I waive any right to review, inspect, or approve the final materials, including written or electronic copies, in which my image, voice, or likeness appears.
3. No Compensation - I waive any right to royalties, fees, or other compensation related to the use of my image, voice, or likeness.
4. Liability Release - I release the North Carolina Justice Academy, its agents and representatives from any claims or liabilities arising from the use of such photographs, recordings, and/or video footage, whether now or in the future.

I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the terms of this release and voluntarily agree to its conditions.
