Why Work at This Company:

Warrenton is a small town of about 850 residents, but due to multiple US highway routes converging through it, we have a traffic flow you would likely see in a city that has a population of 8,000 or more. This unique situation allows an officer to advance his/her traffic stop skills and experience. We offer training through the NC Justice Academy through the Acadis portal and in-person training at the Edneyville or Salemburg locations. The town and its board of commissioners value our department and have always provided our agency with the ability to have and maintain excellent patrol vehicles and safety equipment. We also offer 5% pay increases if you obtain an Intermediate or Advanced certificate from the NC Criminal Justice Training Standards Commission.
