What do I do if I don’t receive a confirmation email?

Please remember it can take up to two (2) business days for accounts to be approved. If it has been more than two (2) business days, please be sure to check your spam folder. 

You may also try logging in with the email you believed you registered with. Simply go to the log-in screen, type in your email and click Forgot Your Password. You may reset your password if your email address is recognized. Lastly, if these steps do not work, please send an email with your name and agency with a brief description of your problem to NCJAAcadisHelp@ncdoj.gov
