2.     Click Training & Events.
3.     Click Browse or Sign Up for Training.
4.     On the left sidebar, go down to By Location and check Online

Note: Online classes names begin with the word “Online.”

For complete directions: User Guide for the North Carolina Justice Academy’s Training Portal. Please make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash to play the course.

ATTENTION: If you have completed an online course on our portal and it still shows you as “in progress,” please make sure you have the latest Chrome version. To do this, open Chrome, look at the top right, and you will see 3 vertical dots. Click on them and then click on, “Help” and then “About Google Chrome.” After it updates, you need to relaunch Google Chrome. You should then be able to log into Acadis and open the course. It will open on the last slide that you viewed.  If you are on the last slide, click on Close Course button and Acadis will show you are complete. If this does not work, send an email to NCJAOnlineHelp@ncdoj.gov. Make sure you include, your name and the name of your course along with your issue.
