The NCJA library provides access to ProQuest Criminal Justice, and In the Line of Duty, a law enforcement video training and lesson database.  We also offer access to dozens of databases through our participation in NC Live, including, ProQuest Military, ProQuest Computing, ProQuest Education, Political Science, Social Science Database, Sociology Database,  East & South Asia Collection, Health and Medical, Middle East and Africa Database, Public Health, Telecommunications Database, Psychology, Religion, SIRS Government Reporter, Issues Researcher, Knowledge Source, InfoTrac Newsstand, and many more. 
Audio/Video & Ebooks
Through the NCJA library, law enforcement can further access Films on Demand, featuring over 1,000 videos on crime and the law, as well as several thousands of videos on a variety of social issues such as substance abuse, health and wellness, and general information videos and documentaries on mathematics, psychology, political science, sports and fitness, sociology, physical science, military history, American history, and a great deal more.  The NC Live Video Collection offers access to thousands more documentaries and educational videos.
Audiobooks and ebooks on a wide variety of topics are also available via our online databases, including language learning via Pronunciator:  chose from over 80 languages and thousands of lessons/phrase development exercises.  Ebook selections range from popular novels to law enforcement and criminal justice topics through EBSCO Ebooks and State Library OneClick.
