North Carolina Justice Academy Training Portal
The North Carolina Justice Academy is funded by the North Carolina General Assembly, and course enrollment is primarily for full-time employees of criminal justice agencies within North Carolina.
Students must request enrollment for classroom and online courses for either campus through the Training Portal at https://ncja-portal.acadisonline.com
. Confirmation and all class correspondence will be handled by email.
To use the portal, you must first have a username and password. Instructions for obtaining these are located on the portal home page.
User Guides to help you:
Note to agency training coordinators: You may register your agency employees for classes via the portal. To do this, two conditions must be met.
1. Your employees must have portal accounts. You cannot register someone who does not have an account.
2. Your account must be designated as a “training coordinator account.” This is an option you select when you request your account. If you are not a training coordinator and need to be designated as one on the portal, contact email@example.com.
We request immediate notification of cancelations so waiting list personnel can be contacted. Cancelations must be reported to the Salemburg registrar by phone (910-525-4151) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and to the
Edneyville registrar by phone (828-685-3600) or email (email@example.com).
Note: It is not possible to cancel a registration through the portal. You must contact the appropriate campus registrar.
